■ Pick-up Service

We are pleased to provide a complimentary pick-up service from either Ikeda Port Ferry Terminal or the bus stop in front of Ikeda Internal Medicine Clinic.
Please kindly note that we are unable to provide pick-up services from ports other than Ikeda Port.

◇ Pick-up Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Once you arrive at Ikeda Port Ferry Terminal or the bus stop in front of Ikeda Internal Medicine Clinic, please call us. Our driver will meet you within approximately 5 minutes.

※ Please note that pick-up service is limited to once per group per day. We regret that we are unable to provide additional transfers (e.g., luggage drop-off followed by another pick-up).

※ For guests arriving at Ikeda Port:
Large luggage can be temporarily stored inside the Ikeda Port Terminal. We recommend leaving your luggage there if you wish to enjoy sightseeing before coming to the hotel. After collecting your belongings, we kindly ask that you call us again from the port, and we will be happy to pick you up.
